2020 Benelli TNT 600i images reveal new design completely

A new set of images have leaked online which completely reveal the next-generation Benelli TNT 600i motorcycle. The Benelli TNT 600i is a very popular motorcycle here in the Indian market, and it is the most affordable 4-cylinder model on sale. Not to forget, it is so popular because of the aural symphony that it lets out making it the sweetest sounding machine in that price range.

As of now, the Benelli TNT 600i is powered by a in-line 4-cylinder, 600cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-stroke, 16-valve motor which produces 85.07 BHP of power and 54.6 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed gearbox. This engine is expected to become BSVI compliant on the new model and will have a single-underbelly exhaust this time round replacing the twin underseat exhaust end cans. Along with the BSVI update, we are expecting these power and torque figures to change, and also, the bike will get new gear ratios as well since the current bike has very tall gearing.

Spyshots reveal a radical new body design. The front of the 2020 Benelli TNT 600i gets dual headlamp design in a smoked lens. It will also get eyebrow like LED DRLs over either headlamp lens and there is a small bikini fairing in the body colour along with the Benelli logo and a small fly screen on top. The fuel tank is nicely sculpted and the radiator shrouds which extend close to the front USD forks house the LED turn indicators very neatly. The chassis element on the side is contrast painted in silver just for detailing. One can also notice black sections on the fuel tank, which might included a rubberised pattern for better grip or might just be a tank pad.

The 2020 Benelli TNT 600i will get a split seat design, typical of sportsbikes. Thanks to the underbelly exhaust, the tail end of the bike looks much sleeker. The number plate housing has been moved to the rear tyre hugger which also adds a nice design touch. Other changes include new rear swingarm, tweaks to the chassis, new alloy wheels, better disc brakes, new tyres, etc.

The most welcome change on the 2020 Benelli TNT 600i is an all-new digital speedo console replacing the currently ugly analogue+digital unit. The full digital unit on the new bike will have a coloured display, and looks nice as of now.

We expect Benelli to reveal the bike at the INTERMOT 2019 or EICMA 2019 motorcycles shows coming later this year. The Benelli TNT 600i in this new avatar will hit the Indian showrooms by early 2020.
