Maserati has introduced the new 2018 Ghibli in India. The best-selling sedan for the brand is now offered in our market in 3 variants which includes the Ghibli Diesel priced at INR 1.33 crore, Ghibli Diesel GranSport priced at INR 1.38 crore and Ghibli Diesel GranLusso priced at INR 1.42 crore.

The GranSport & GranLusso are 2 new trims included in the Ghibli line-up for our market. The Maserati Ghibli GranLusso comes with optional Ermenegildo Zegna silk upholstery while the Ghibli GranSport comes with a sporty package to reflect the brands racing heritage.

The 2018 Ghibli is powered by a 3.0L, V6, common-rail direct injection diesel motor which is Euro 6 compliant and jointly developed with VM Motori. This motor produces 275 HP of power, 600 Nm of torque and has a fuel consumption of ~17 kmpl. With the AdBlue technology & Auto Start-Stop, the new motor reduced emissions as well and the Active Sound System allows the v6 engine note to be heard nicely. Maserati claims that the 2018 Ghibli diesel can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 6.3 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kmph.

With the refreshed Ghibli, the styling changes have resulted in aerodynamic efficiency by 7% with the drag coefficient coming down from 0.31 to 0.29. The 2018 Maserati Ghibli comes with adaptive full LED headlamps, Skyhook suspension as standard, Integrated Vehicle Control, and other host of safety features. The new EPS will also improve the handling and enables new functions such as Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS).
