2018 KTM Duke 390 gets minor updates

Written by Parichay Malvankar

KTM has silently updated the new Duke 390 model for markets globally. These updates rolled out from December 2017 onwards, and although not significant, are of good use to the end user. The pricing of the new KTM Duke 390 remains unchanged.

For the 2018 models, the new KTM Duke 390 now gets software update for the full digital instrument console, a new plate mounted on the trellis chassis to prevent heat dissipation on the riders feet and the radiator fan being updated to work faster than before.

All other mechanicals remain the same.

Powering the radical KTM Duke 390 is a 373cc, single-cylinder, FI engine that pumps out 43.5 PS of power & 37 NM of torque which is sent to rear wheel through use of a 6-speed gearbox coupled to a slipper clutch.

No changes in colours being offered, with a base black shade, the KTM Duke 390 can be ordered in a white or orange paint option.
