The new CB Hornet 160R has been priced starting from INR 89,175 and is available in 4 variants.

Powering the 2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R is a 162.71cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SI, BSIV engine producing 14.9 BHP of power @ 8500 RPM and 14.5 Nm of torque @ 6500 RPM matched to a 5-speed gearbox.

The major change on the bike now for 2018 onwards is the addition of ABS. The bike gets petal disc brakes at the front and rear along with a dual-channel ABS system which helps the rider put the anchors down. Honda also offers the  CB Hornet 160R with the cheaper CBS (Combi-Brake System) function.

The 2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R also brings segment-first full LED headlamps. Along with this, you now get a hazard switch, new body graphics, new colours and a blue backlit instrument console.

Honda has struck the right chord with the Hornet in the two-wheeler market. After a long time, Honda is finding some success in the premium motorcycle segment and with the addition of new features, the new CB Hornet 160R is expected to sell even more.
