2014 Fiat Punto Evo launched at Rs. 4.55 lakh

Fiat India has launched the facelift version of the Punto, dubbed as the Punto Evo at prices starting from Rs. 4.55 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi).

The Punto Evo is mechanically identical to the previous model. However, on the exteriors, it gets a significant makeover. The car gets new front bumpers, rear bumpers, lots of chrome addition, new headlamps, new tail lamps, different alloy wheel designs and a completely new dashboard lifted from the Linea facelift. The car also gets a rear AC vent now.

The Punto Evo is available in four engine options, two petrol and two diesel. The petrol engines are 1.2L and 1.4L in capacity and produce 67 BHP and 89 BHP respectively. The diesel engine is a 1.3L unit in two states of tune, one producing 75 BHP and the other producing 92 BHP. All variants are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

  • Punto Evo Active: Rs. 4.55 lakh
  • Punto Evo Dynamic: Rs. 5.12 lakh
  • Punto Evo 1.4L Emotion: Rs. 6.65 lakh

Punto Evo diesel prices (Ex-showroom Delhi):

  • Punto Evo Active: Rs. 5.27 lakh
  • Punto Evo Dynamic: Rs. 6.21 lakh
  • Punto Evo Emotion: Rs. 6.83 lakh
  • Punto Evo Sport 90 HP: Rs. 7.2 lakh
