VIDA, Powered by Hero, recently opened its first Experience Center. The facility has come up in Bengaluru located at the prominent Vittal Mallya Road. With this facility, the customers can familiarise themselves with the brand, experience the product, and explore themselves in the “Worry-free EV Ecosystem” of VIDA. To mark the occasion, VIDA has also started off with customer test rides of the VIDA V1.
Vida Experience Center Details
Spread over 8500 sq. this dealership facility will display the VIDA V1 scooters along with its charging stations. There’s also an interactive wall that illustrates the brand vision, and product configurators to help customers visualize their VIDA V1. The facility gets a design that aims at providing a comfortable, intuitive, and social space. In fact, there’s also an in-house coffee bar and library. This VIDA Experience Center aims to inspire conversations about purpose along with the products and invite collaborators along with customers. Moreover, the Experience Center will not just function as a brand and product zone. This will act as the heart of VIDA communities, hosting events, brand meets and cohort activities.
Hero has confirmed that VIDA will open Experience Centers next in Jaipur and then Delhi. The customer deliveries of VIDA V1 will commence in the second week of December 2022.
Vida Vi – Key Highlights
VIDA V1 is available in two variants – VIDA V1 Plus at INR 145,000 and VIDA V1 Pro at INR 159,000. This price includes all connected features and charging service (*ex-showroom price). The VIDA V1 has the capability to do 0-40 kmph in 3.2 secs. In terms of range, the scooter comes with a certified range of 163 kms, as per IDC. The top speed is set at 80 km/h.
The VIDA V1 also offers a host of new features. This includes, Custom Mode (100+ combinations), Cruise Control, Boost Mode, Two-way throttle, Keyless access, and an Over-the-air enabled 7” TFT Touch-Screen.
To make owning a Vida easier, Hero is offering first-of-its-kind customer propositions and services. This includes Green EMI, which is an efficient and seamless financing platform with best-in-class interest rates. There’s also a Buy-Back scheme with an assurance of vehicle buy-back at 70 percent of purchase value between the 16th to 18th months of vehicle ownership. VIDA is also offering an initiative called Repair On-Site. This allows the customer executives to provide service anywhere, anytime.
