This could lead to a breakage and may leak the current while in operation. Also, a leaking HT cord, when exposed to water may lead to the vehicle stalling and hesitating during operation. Furthermore, it could also cause errors in the speedometer sensor as well as the throttle position sensor resulting in a failure for either or both.
