10,000th Lamborghini Urus Super SUV rolled out in two years of production

Automobili Lamborghini celebrates a new production record by rolling out the 10,000th Urus in just two years of its market introduction. The 10,000th Super SUV with a reverberating chassis number is destined for Russia and features the new Nero Noctis Matt (black) colour, combined with the carbon fibre package and two-tone Ad Personam interiors in black and orange. 

Powering the Super SUV is a 4.0-litre Twin-Turbocharged V-8-Cylinder engine that produces 650 Hp of power and 850 Nm of torque that can propel the 5,112mm, 2,200 kg SUV from 0-100 kmph in 3.6 seconds and the Urus can achieve a top speed of 305 kmph. The power is transmitted to the ground using a Four-Wheel-Drive system with a limited-slip differential and Torsen type asymmetric/dynamic torque distribution. 

On the outside, the Lamborghini Urus features muscular surfaces and Lamborghini styling that allows easy recognition of the Super SUV. The Urus features hexagonal mesh on the front apron with Y-shaped details on the side intakes, Y shaped daytime running lights, sleek headlamp units, a centre peak on the bonnet raised ridges on the side, flared wheel arches, 21-inch alloy wheels shod in massive 315/40 rear and 285/45 front tyres, angular character lines on the sides, gills on the front quarter panel, aero ducts on the rear apron, wraparound tail lamps, a diffuser integrated skid plate on the back a sharply raked rear deck and quad tailpipes. 

On the inside, the Lamborghini Urus features a multilayered wraparound dashboard with aerospace inspired design and driver-focused instrumentation with three TFT screens and a wide range of interior trim materials such as Alcantara, Carbon Fibre, Aluminium and Wood. The seat upholstery comes with the Hexagonita design theme with contrast stitching, control mounted flat-bottomed sports steering wheel etc. 

In June 2020, a new colour, an ultra-bright pearlescent shade with four-layers of paint was presented for the 2021 Urus Pearl Capsule which comes with a two-tone exterior look. The paint is in-line with the traditional Lamborghini shades Giallo Inti (yellow), Arancio Borealis (orange), and Verde Mantis (green), combined with glossy black roof, rear diffuser, spoiler lip and other details.
