1 lakh discount on BMW Motorrad G 310 R & G 310 GS

Well thanks to the super premium price tag, we all know that the BMW Motorrad G 310 R & G 310 GS siblings are not really flying out of the showrooms. The bikes demand quite a lot of money compared to competition, and now, just that much extra premium is being discounted. The Mumbai dealership is offering nearly INR 1 lakh discount on the G 310 GS and close to INR 70,000 on the G 310 R.

BMW Motorrad’s Mumbai dealer is offering discount on registration costs of the motorcycle and also free insurance on both the motorcycles. This is resulting in the discounted price which is equal to the ex-showroom price tag and that is all that potential buyers need to pay. The free insurance offering is comprehensive, and not a zero-depreciation policy.

The Mumbai dealer is selling bikes at this price only for this month, under the festive scheme. But for those who simply want a BMW in their garage, this is the sweetest deal possible.

Powering both the bikes is a 313cc, liquid-cooled, reverse-inclined, single-cylinder, DOHC, 4-stroke petrol motor producing 34 HP of power @ 9500 RPM and 28 Nm of torque @ 7500 RPM matched to a 6-speed gearbox. While the G 310 R is pitched as a roadster street bike, the G 310 GS is the entry-level adventure tourer motorcycle for the brand.

The BMW Motorrad G 310 R rivals the likes of KTM 390 Duke, Honda CB300R and Benelli TNT 300. The G 310 GS is a rival to the likes of Royal Enfield Himalayan at the moment and the upcoming and long awaited KTM 390 Adventure.
