Yamaha has introduced a new ‘Street Rally’ variant of the Ray ZR scooter. This new Ray ZR Street Rally variant has been priced at INR 57,989 and will be on sale at all Yamaha dealerships from the last week of July 2018.
Yamaha has introduced this version in 2 colour options – Rally Red & Racing blue. This scooter variant gets a new wing shaped front fairing which is said to be inspired from the MT-09 and this works as a wind deflector. You get knuckle guards on the handle grip, adjustable front fender, new digital instrument console and roller rocker arm.
The Ray ZR Street Rally is powered by the same 113cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC motor producing 7.1 PS of power and 8.1 Nm of torque matched to a CVT automatic gearbox.
Yamaha now has the Cygnus Alpha scooter which they position as a family scooter, the fashionable Fascino and the Cygnus Ray ZR is targeted towards boys.
