Volvo XC40 is a hit with more than 200 orders, new variants priced at INR 39.9 lakh

Volvo cars have struck the right chord in the market with their XC40 SUV. This is the smallest luxury SUV from the brand and Volvo have received over 200 bookings for the same within a fortnight of their launch. Celebrating this success, Volvo have now introduced two new variants, Momentum and Inscription for the Volvo XC40.

The XC40 D4 Momentum priced at INR 39.9 lakhs, XC40 D4 Inscription priced at INR 43.9 Lakhs & XC40 R-Design is priced at INR 42.9 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Even the base Momentum variant of the XC40 comes with features such as front radar, sunroof, AWD, leather upholstery, 9″ touchscreen, hill descent control, reversing camera, etc.

Powering the VOlvo XC40 is a single diesel engine option. This is a 2.0L motor producing 190 HP of power and 400 Nm of torque matched to an 8-speed automatic gearbox coupled with an Haldex AWD system. The Volvo XC40 is also level 2 autonomous driving capable.
