The Vitara Brezza is a very popular compact-SUV, and we know that for a fact by the number of cars we see on the road. Maruti Suzuki has now decided to ramp up the production capacity for the Vitara Brezza is a bid to reduce the long waiting period. The Vitara Brezza as of now is the #1 SUV in our country, and Maruti Suzuki produced 94,000 units of this car in April-Oct 2018-19 as compared to the same period last year. This is a bump in production of around 10%.

In 2017-18, more than 1.48 lakh Vitara Brezza cars were sold. In April-October 2018-19, Maruti Suzuki has managed to retail around 95,000 units of this compact-SUV. This shows that the market demand for the Vitara Brezza is consistent.

The Vitara Brezza was first launched in March 2016. In 2019, this compact-SUV is due for a mid-life facelift, but we haven’t seen any spyshots yet. The Vitara Brezza was also the car to achieve fasted 3 lakh unit sales in the SUV segment, in just 28 months since introduction.

AMT is another trump card of the Vitara Brezza for the compact-SUV segment. The brand claims that their AGS / AMT technology has received market penetration of around 49% in Mumbai and 39% in Delhi.
