Tata Motors launches Tigor AMT for INR 5.75 lakh

Tata Motors has introduced the AMT equipped variants of the Tigor compact-sedan. The Tigor XTA variant has been priced at INR 5.75 lakh while the Tigor XZA variant asks for INR 6.22 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). However, the Tigor AMT is available only in a petrol powered version.

The Tigor AMT is powered by the 1.2L, 3-cylinder, Revotron motor producing 84 BHP of power @ 6000 RPM and 114 Nm of torque @ 3500 RPM matched to a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The AMT variant also comes with 3 driving modes – City, Eco & Sports.

The Tigor AMT has been launched to rival the Maruti Suzuki Dzire with AGS.

Tata Motors has launched the Tigor AMT in the Indian market. The model will be available in two variants – XTA and XZA priced at Rs. 5.75 lakhs and Rs. 6.22 lakhs respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi).
