Škoda Kodiaq L&K is the new top trim for the SUV

Skoda launched the Kodiaq SUV in the Indian market in 2017, and now, the brand has come up with a new top trim for the SUV. The Skoda Kodiaq L&K variant is named after the company’s founders Laurin & Klement.

Changes on this variant include a chrome grille, 19″ alloy wheels, reworked rear bumper, full LED lights, new leather upholstery, piano black interior trim & L&K badging. The new top version Skoda Kodiaq L&K was revealed at the International Motor Show 2018 in Geneva.

The Skoda Kodiaq comes with multiple engine options which include a 1.5L TSI producing 150 HP, 2.0L TSI producing 180 HP – 190 HP and both of which get the new particulate filters to reduce emissions which will be available on all Kodiaq variants now. The diesel motors will include a 2.0L TDI producing 150 HP & also, 190 HP on another variant. The most powerful variants also come with 4×4 as standard. AWD versions also get adaptive chassis control as an option.

Expect Skoda to introduce this new Kodiaq L&K in India later this year.

Meanwhile, Skoda India has also announced that they will be increasing the prices in the range of 3-4%. Initially, from 1st March 2018, Skoda will increase prices in the range of INR 10,000 – 35,000 across its model range. For existing Skoda owners, the brand has introduced a loyalty bonus of up to INR 50,000.
