Maserati has made an official comeback in the Indian market today and has announced 3 exclusive dealerships. in New Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore. A dealership in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata & Ahmedabad is also being considered.
These Maserati dealerships will be operational by the 3rd quarter of 2015.
The Fiat Chrysler Automobiles group will help Maserati operate in India. The Fiat group will be the importer, while the dealerships will only take care of retail.
- Ghibli Diesel – Rs. 1.1 crore (275 BHP & 570 Nm)
- Quattroporte Diesel – Rs. 1.5 crore
- Quattroporte GTS – Rs. 2.2 crore
- GT – Rs 1.8 crore
- GT GranCabrio – Rs. 2 crore
The Maserati Levante luxury-SUV will also be introduced in India next year. Slowly & steadily, Maserati will bring its entire product portfolio to India.
Technicians in India will be trained by Maserati experts to provide good after sales support to customers.
Maserati is confident that they will register double digit sales in the first year of operations; which actually should be easy.
