With the new rule implementation timeline for two-wheelers inching closer, almost all manufacturers have updated their products. Honda has now tweaked the Navi scooter with CBS – Combi Brake System. The Navi CBS variant has been priced at INR 47,110 ex-showroom Delhi.

Powering the Honda Navi CBS is the same engine. No other mechanical changes have been made. The Navi comes with a 109.19cc, fan-cooled, SI, 4-stroke motor producing 5.91 kW of power @ 7000 RPM and 8.94 Nm of torque @ 5500 RPM matched to a conventional CVT gearbox. The scooter has a kerb weight of 100 kg, making it zippy and fun to ride in the city.

The Navi CBS variant gets a sticker on the front mud guard which shouts out Combi Brake. That is the only give away.

Although a fantastic product overall, the Navi hasn’t really doing great in the sales department because of the funny size and scale. However, the brand isn’t giving up and are confident that slowly but steadily the Navi will pick up pace in sales. A Easy to ride, mileage over 50 kmpl and cheap to maintain makes the Navi a good first two-wheeler for learners.
