BMW Motorrad opens bookings for G 310 R & G 310 GS at INR 50,000

Finally, after waiting for more than a year, and very eagerly, BMW Motorrad has announced the entry of their new G 310 R & G 310 GS motorcycles to India. Bookings for both the BMW G 310 R & G 310 GS will begin from June 8th 2018 onwards, and deliveries will commence from August 2018.

As of now, BMW Motorrad has set a booking amount of INR 50,000 for both the bikes. Pre-bookings can be done online or at any of the authorised BMW Motorrad dealers. Deliveries will commence on first come first serve basis. BMW Motorrad is confident that both these bikes will redefine the entry-level premium motorcycle segment.

The BMW Motorrad G 310R & G 310 GS models are built in India by TVS Motors. But have been designed by BMW Motorrad. These bikes are expected to increase the market share for BMW Motorrad under 500cc motorcycle segment by a huge margin. The G 310 R is a urban street naked motorcycle while the G 310 GS is an adventure tourer model.

Servicing will also be handled by BMW Motorrad dealers in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad & Kochi. Two new outlets in Chandigarh & Kolkata will also be starting soon. BMW will also offer custom and flexi loan services for customers.

The G 310 R & G 310 GS, siblings to the TVS Apache RR 310 are powered by a 313cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor producing 34 HP of power and 28 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed gearbox.
