Bajaj discontinues Pulsar 135 LS in India

Written by Parichay Malvankar

It had really become a rare sight on the streets, and now, Bajaj Auto has discontinued the Pulsar 135 LS from the Indian market. This was the cheapest product one could buy in the Pulsar range, and due to poor sales, Bajaj has pulled the plug off this motorcycle. Bajaj even tried to boost the product sales with an mild makeover to the Pulsar 135 LS in 2017.

The Pulsar 135 LS was powered by a 134.6cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder motor producing 13.4 HP of power and 11.4 Nm of torque. Slotting in as a premium commuter, the Pulsar 135 LS felt the heat not only from Discover range of models, but also because the Pulsar 150 turned out to be a more attractive package for buyers.

So the current Bajaj Pulsar line up includes the Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180, Pulsar 220F, Pulsar NS160, Pulsar NS200 & Pulsar RS200.
