Not too many spyshots emerged, but just a few glimpses during the official filming for this particular motorcycle. Kawasaki has now officially revealed the all-new Ninja 400 which will go on sale soon.

The Ninja 300 wasn’t enough to be migrated as a Euro-4 compliant model, so Kawasaki went ahead and made this. And we’re not complaining. This is an all-new bike with a new engine, new chassis & a more evolved and big bike design. And still, claims to have reduced the weight by around 8 kg compared to the Ninja 300.

The Ninja 400 is powered by a 399cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled petrol motor producing 44.8 BHP of power & 37.96 Nm of torque. The new bike also benefits from a assist & slipper clutch.

Equipment includes a 41mm front fork, new ABS unit from Nissin, 310mm floating discs, 5-spoke alloy wheels, 30mm narrow seats for better stand over & seat height of 786mm. The Ninja 400 also gets LED headlamps & LED tail lamps along with LED pilot lamps. The instrument console is the same as the Ninja 650.

The new Ninja 400 comes with a 14L fuel tank. The bike has a kerb weight of just 168 kg.
