2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R with ABS launching soon

Honda didn’t really bring something exciting as such at the Auto Expo 2018, but the brand did refresh their popular products. In the coming weeks, Honda will be launched the new 2018 CB Hornet 160R which will come with new features such as ABS & LED headlamp.

The new CB Hornet 160R showcased at the Indian Auto Expo 2018 did have some changes to the livery, but got a significant update with the new full-LED headlamp. This will become a segment-first feature. Also, once launched, the CB Hornet 160R will become Honda’s 2nd motorcycle to be equipped with a dual channel ABS system.

The 2018 Hornet will also come with a new colour – Dazzle Yellow Metallic.

There will be a total of 4 variants on sale for the 2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R – Standard, CBS, ABS & ABS Deluxe.

Powering the Honda Hornet is a 162.71cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke motor producing 11.22 kW of power @ 8500 RPM and 14.76 Nm of torque @ 6500 RPM matched to a 5-speed gearbox and a top speed of 110 kmph.
